Accurate Positioning

Fixture bolts provide very good threads, and provide bushes of different sizes to realize simple and convenient precise drilling,so that the positioning is more accurate, no offset or gaps are left. It can clamp on different thickness of wood boards from 10mm to 55mm.

How to solve the problem of asymmetry of left and right distances?

1: In the process of using, if the left and right distances of individual products are asymmetry or deviation, it can be adjusted

2: Use the inner hexagon to unscrew the two screws on the left

3: Adjust the big screw on the middle pole to make the left and right distances of the product consistent

4: After the left and right distances are the same, tighten the two hexagon socket screws on the left

5: Twist the small rotating rod, test whether the left and right distances are uniform, if they are consistent, the debugging can be used, if there is deviation, then follow the above steps to make slight adjustments

6: After debugging, the left and right balance distances are the same

7: In the follow-up, we will strictly debug the product before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of the product, and give a small wrench as a gift, which is convenient for use and can be adjusted with slight deviations.

Note:

There are 4 holes along the top of the jig,only 2 of the holes accept threaded bushings(Replaceable 1/4″ 3/8″ 5/16″). The other two holes accept 7/16″ and 1/2″ drill bits.
